Could I know how you guys align your grinders prior to shipping?

We measure and QC each of the critical parts to make sure they are within spec (<0.02 mm, or better than +/- 0.01mm). During assembly we have set procedure to install the parts to make sure that they are all assembled correctly to maintain precision. Due to the design, the alignment of the system is permanent and is determined by the precision of the parts (hence we measured the parts), so there is no special alignment procedure required during assembly, other than to make sure things are installed as intended. This also means from the end user's perspective, there is no need to 'realign' the grinder after disassembly.
