What is your repair policy?

We do expect all our grinders to work hassle-free for years without maintenance, and so it should be essentially maintenance-free (other than routine grinder cleaning every few months to keep the grinder in a clean condition for best results). 

All our grinders have also been designed to be easily repairable too. In the unlikely event that things need to be repaired, most repairs (part swaps) will be fairly straight forward and we can provide the part & instruction if you're comfortable doing so. If you’re in Australia, we can perform the grinder repair service in Melbourne instead. But we believe this will be very unlikely and we do expect for most of our customers it's just a plug and play experience.
