How does the Lagom Mini 48mm burrs compared to Lagom P64 or Lagom P100 for filter-brewing?

The 48mm burrs are not what we considered to be as high clarity as the big flat burrs. However, in our opinion what the 48mm Moonshine burrs offer is a different experience/perspective - it is what we would describe as slightly more balanced/rounded, with perceived complexity, but still a good level of sweetness and clarity - but of course not as clear as the big flat burrs. It's just another way of presenting the coffee- the coffee is most definitely still very drinkable/enjoyable and will do justice to the coffee.
