Can I cancel my order? Is there any charge?

We will honour any pre-orders cancallation request at any time up to 2 weeks prior to dispatch time, without extra charges. 

However, in practice there is always a 3% processing fee charged by our payment processor that we're unable to recover (even if the order is cancelled within minutes). 

So if it possible, if you need to modify an order, please contact us prior to placing a new order.

If the cancellation request comes <2 weeks prior to cancellation, there will be a 3% surchage.
