Your final grind setting may be different but this is the general starting point to help you get started:
Note: this is by no means the range that you have to operate in. For example, if you have to grind at 0.7 for SSP High Uniformity for espresso, it is not a problem. This is mainly because there is some external factors that can influence your grind setting (e.g. coffee type, roast, machine, pressure profile, batch-to-batch variation, etc)
For clarification, 0.9 would be referring to 9 ticks from zero (burr touch) in the table below.
