As we ship all our parcels via a forwarding company (hence we're able to provide competitive pricing), it is normal for the tracking to take some time before it is updated and the update usually only happens after the parcel has cleared custom.
In most cases, this is normal and is expected (if it is within 1-2 weeks). If there is an issue with the shipment, our shipper would normally contact us pro-actively and we would in turn let you know.
